Die Unterkunft ist in einem neuen Gebäude und entsprechend modern ausgestattet. Bäder, Betten, Wohnzimmer sind alle top. Die Küche ist zwar einfach ausgestattet, aber überaus funktional. Das Apartment hat sogar einen Balkon, so dass man nach dem Sport die Sachen gut lagern kann. Und für den Fall der Fälle gibt es auch Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Das Fitnessstudio, wenn man es einmal gefunden hat, ist gut ausgestattet.
Leider gibt es eine Sprachbarriere. Die Schlüssel mussten beim Concierge geholt werden, der kein Englisch spricht. Und die Lage ist sowohl Fluch als auch Segen. Segen, weil es eine ruhige Gegend ist, in der es trotzdem unzählige Supermärkte gibt. Fluch, weil man mindestens eine U-Bahn-Fahrt von einer Stunde bis zum Stadtzentrum von Madrid einplanen muss.

Gostamos de tudo!! Excelente localização!! Tem tudo perto! Supermercado, Shopping, Metro, Restaurantes e várias opções de lazer. Apartamento muito aconchegante e silencioso. Nem sabíamos se era dia ou noite! Ótima opção para quem vai aos Parques da Warner e quer conhecer Madrid. Fomos de Carro. Mas quem vai de Metro também consegue fazer tudo.
Sentimos falta de uma Sanduicheira e uma cafeteira elétrica.

Localização, que apesar de longe do centro, está perto de uma boa rede de transportes públicos, com restaurantes e lojas comerciais nas imediações. Bem equipado com o necessário para passar uns dias em família. Dispõe de lugar de garagem. Bastante limpo e agradável. A repetir novamente.

O apartamento em geral.... Muito prático e com todas as necessidades na cozinha básicas para facilitar na confecção de refeições... Temperatura ambiente boa... Muito cómodo... A D.Eva muito gentil e sempre disponível para esclarecer todas as dúvidas .
O forno com um pouco de gordura entornada. ( Alguém esqueceu de limpar) E pó em alguns sítios mas nada de grave.
