Host was friendly and welcoming. The location was easy to find and very central. The rooms was very neat and clean.
We were a family of 8 and we stayed in 4 rooms. There was not enough wine/beer/normal drinking water glasses in the rooms & when we asked the host was quick to bring us some although we got: 2 beer, 2 champaign & 5 wine glasses. We thought it to be a bit odd as usually a self catering place would least have the bear minimum. Some of the rooms had no milk for coffee in the morning but also when we asked the host provided quickly. The rooms are located to the front of the guest house on the main road side, when cars come through the gate, the bright light will light up the room. There is no swimming pool or jacuzzi like shown on pictures. If there is the host never mentioned to us where it is or if we are welcome to use it.

No sport channel on the TV in the room.

Everything were exceptionally good.
The only thing is to control the hot and cold tap in the shower.

The location was perfect for our needs... we were on a birding trip and wanted quick access to the jetty's for the early morning boat trip. It is excellent for that purpose.
The unit was advertised as having a view, but the only two windows were frosted and their views were into neighbours'. I had a cold shower (geyser was off on arrival), sleeper couch needs repair, shower drain needs repair, pan was dirty, unit smelt of mothballs and parking is very tight.
