Maison Luigi - Casa Vacanze1

The house is big. Really big. Three bedrooms, one of them huge. Two bathrooms, one huge, one normal size. In the big bathroom you have bathtub and shower cabin alongside bidet and WC. The toilet bowl has a very interesting shape, not seen before, very nice. The normal bathroom has shower cabin and WC. The kitchen has all you need for a big family. It's somehow old style, with vintage furniture. Despite looking and being old, everything is fully functional and nice looking. It's like living in 1950 but with modern comfort . Every room has functional air conditioner unit-except the big bathroom. You can find free parking spots in the front of the building, or on the nearby square. There is a good take a way pizzeria nearby ( ll Cortile). All the rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Very nice yard. Norciglia has a very good position if you want to visit Lecce, Zinzulusa cave, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Faraglioni di Sant'Andrea and many more-if you have a car.

We were there in February. When we have arrived the house was cold, very cold ( around 11 degrees Celsius in every room). I informed the host about our arrival time well in advance, so plenty of time to warm up the house. After my complaint about the situation , he instructed me to turn on air conditioner , which we did. But it took almost 8 hour until inside temperature was comfortable. I suppose that in the summer this is not an issue. All the TVs were unusable (no signal). Or we didn't know how to use them...
