The property location is amazing. The view to the Capo d'Orso and sunset is great. The silence of the place is remarkable , we slept with the. back doors opened. Property has a kitchen and you can cook yur own food if you dont want to drive and eat to Palau. The parking spot is on the shading. We had no power down events though the agency warned us that we might experience this
The apartment needs some "refreshment". Many furniture pieces are very old and cause a heavy smell if you don't keep all the windows and doors open when you arrive at the location. I would advice the apartment management to adjust a few things in it. An apartment like this should have a minimum quantity of salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and washing machine pods. Why not coffee. Actually,there is no coffee making machine.. No trash disposal in the bathroom. Had to pay extra 20 euros per person for the towels and sheets. Also had to pay for AC.

Buona posizione con bel panorama anche se necessario spostarsi sempre in macchina per raggiungere le spiagge, a parte Cala Capra a cui si arriva tramite una passeggiata su strada asfaltata. Spazi esterni davanti alla casa vivibili. Stanze spaziose a parte la cucina.
Avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione (maniglie che si staccano, difficile chiusura del cancellino di ingresso, box doccia..) e qualche attenzione in più sugli elettrodomestici (fornetto che fa scattare la luce, aspirapolvere che sarebbe utilissimo ma di pessima qualità che non aspira nulla).
