Great experience, we'll be going again.

Host/owner was there at the time of our arrival, very polite and professional. She explained to us about the beaches, amenities and how to get around. The apartment was very clean, quiet and easily accessible. Free WiFi, etc.

Nice but hot apartment

We really liked apartment architecture, peaceful location.

We were at top floor in really small apartment with AC on and the temperature were still over 26 °C. It didn't work.

Excellent stay, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

We stayed for 9 days as a group of three, and Larum Apartment was absolutely ideal. In person, it’s even more spacious than it appears in the photos, very comfortable and of excellent quality, with everything brand new. The terrace is huge, and the whole place is perfectly quiet with no noise at all. Although the accommodation was fully booked, we never saw or heard other guests, which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always available whenever we had a question. The location is also perfect, just a few minutes walk from the center of Vrsar, as well as the beaches, which are part of the complex. The beaches are very clean, well-kept, and truly beautiful. All in all, an excellent stay – everything deserves the highest praise, and we will definitely come back again. 10/10!

wonderful apartment for a family vacation

The hostess was friendly. The surroundings are beautifully arranged. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is clean. The bathroom is just the right size. Two clean and large beds. Good programs on TV. The sea is close. The city is wonderful.

Niet geweldig.

De ligging was fijn. De trap werd direct gemaakt.

De trap viel uit elkaar naar ons appartement toe. Overal rood zand wat je bijna niet meer van je schoenen of uit je appartement krijgt. We hadden een mierenhoop/nest op het aanrechtblad. Dit zouden ze verhelpen toen we weggingen. Vrouw die ons een rondleiding gaf was ook niet heel vriendelijk. Daarnaast was de parasol ook kapot.

Für einen Familienurlaub sehr gut geeignet, gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Appartements ist toll. Nach kurzem Fußweg ist man bereits im Hafen. Das Haus ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind hart, genau wie ich sie mag. Es steht viel Schattenplatz zur Verfügung. Uns wurde wegen eines Schadens ein zweites Appartement kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem 2 Personen schlafen konnten. Unsere Hostess war ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und stand binnen kürzester Zeit zur Verfügung, wenn etwas fehlte.

Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion. Selbst wenn man sich nur kurz Salz abwäscht, setzt man das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Wir haben das Appartement für 5 Personen gebucht. Leider gab es in einem der Zimmer einen Wasserschaden. Der Geruch war unangenehm, aber ein Handtuch vor dem Türschlitz des betroffenen Zimmers hat das Problem behoben. Generell ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Leider kläfft aber 20 Stunden am Tag mindestens ein Hund. Das ist extrem störend, die Unterkunft kann aber nichts dafür.

Schöne Unterkunft mit leichten Mängeln

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bemüht! Auf Anfrage jederzeit neue Handtücher und WC Papier! Lage ca 1 km außerhalb von Vrsar-für uns optimal und bestens!

Badezimmer sehr sehr klein! Es ist zwar alles neu, aber leider etwas mangelhaft gebaut- Wände im Schlafzimmer feucht- Klimaanlage machte in der Nacht Tropfgeräusche-wurde aber schnellstmöglich behoben! Sehr viel Spinnen und Mücken in der Wohnung durch fehlenden Insektenschutz!

La posizione è ottima sia per il mare che per il centro del paese. L'appartamento è moderno e ha una terrazza grande da cui c'è una visita stupenda. Ottimo il prezzo considerando che era ferragosto.

L'appartamento era piccolissimo, va bene per un weekend e per due persone al massimo. Una volta aperto il divano - letto per mia figlia, non c'era più spazio per aprire il bagaglio. La porta del bagno, come riportato in altre recensioni è difettosa e bisogna spingere per riuscire a chiuderla. La cosa peggiore però è il condizionatore che non si riesce a regolare bene, andrebbe sostituito con qualcosa di meglio.

Das Appartement ist neu, schön angerichtet, jedoch mit vielen kleinen Macken. Bis zur Stadt braucht man circa 10 Minuten.

Die Küchenschränke wollten man nicht mehr aufmachen, da es stark nach Schimmel gerochen hat. Nach dem ich mich beschwert habe, dass es abends im Bad keinen Strom gab, habe keine Reaktion gekriegt, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung.

Terrazza bellissima. Bel bagno con finestra. Tutto nuovo. La ragazza che fa le pulizie è davvero gentile . Bello!

Il modulatore dell'aria condizionata da ottimizzare. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene. Qualche stoviglie in più per cucinare. Piccoli dettagli niente di che.

Jó helyen van, közel a parthoz központhoz , mégis csendes.

Tavaly már voltunk itt, akkor sokkal figyelmesebben voltak. Most igazából csalódottak voltunk, bár látszik hogy a kezdeteknél igényesen próbálták felszerelni , azóta a használat során elhasználódott pár dolog és úgy is maradt. Törött vízforraló , hajszárítónak csak egy darabja volt meg, a tv távirányítója nem működött . Toalett papírt nem pótolták , magunknak vettük . Szúnyogháló nem volt, szúnyog annál több . A fekvő helyek nagyon kényelmesek , ágynemű viszont huzat nélkül , igénytelen .
