I really enjoyed the decor and cleaniness of the space. The bed was really comfortable. Also we had more than enough to cook on the shared kitchen. The bathroom was also good and clean.
The kitchen lacks ventilation, while cooking there it can get really hot quickly. I would also add tables and chairs that a bit higher to make it easier to have a meal.

Nos alojamos en el segundo piso. Elegimos habitación con baño y cocina privada. El apartamento es bastante amplio y está muy limpio y bien reformado. La ubicación es buena, en pleno centro de Setúbal.
El suelo es de madera antigua y es muy ruidoso. No tiene ascensor y los escalones de las escaleras son bastante incómodos. En recepción no hay nadie casi nunca pero es cierto que responden rápidamente por el chat de Booking. El aparcamiento puede ser complicado al no disponer de parking privado. Tiene uno justo al lado pero es pequeño y siempre está lleno.

Central location
It is neither an hostal nor an hotel. You are basically renting a room with shared bathroom and shared small kitchen with no communal spaces and no reception. Guests are left with a code to enter/exit and the hope that other guests do not make too much noise during the night since there would be nobody in loco to deal with it. By the way terribile insulation among rooms. Not recommended unless you get it at max 70EUR/room and you are an heavy sleeper.
