Residence Diapason - Agenzia Caorle

We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Diapason – Agenzia Caorle. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a modern kitchen and living room in one open space, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a medium-sized bathroom and a very large terrace, which we really appreciated. The furniture and household appliances were modern and everything was clean when we arrived. The residence also has a private gated parking area and a large swimming pool, which was a big advantage for us. The keys were handed over at another address by very kind ladies from the agency, who explained everything carefully and in detail. The location was also very good. The beach was close, and the town centre was about a 10-minute walk away. We were also right next to Sporting Pizzeria and Restaurant, which is a highly rated restaurant and a very convenient option for dinner. Overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we missed was some basic consumable equipment in the apartment. Since the apartment had a kitchen, it would have been very useful to have a dish sponge, dishwashing liquid and a kitchen towel for drying dishes. We also missed toilet paper and soap, and we were not informed in advance that these items would not be provided, so we had to buy them ourselves after arrival. Bed linen also had to be paid for separately, at €10 per set. This is not a big problem, but it would be helpful if this information was made clearer before arrival. These are small practical things, but they would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for families arriving after a longer journey.
