Clean and peaceful.

The toilet is not separate and properly closed. The entire room ends up smelling like a toilet.

The place is newly renovated, clean and neat.

The room wa clean and very comfortable. The shower was very spacious, and clean, which is something I look for when staying at a private accommodation. I loved my stay at this place.

I found the space of the toilet to he a bit small unlike the shower space. That was the only thing I thought could he improved about the space.

Very clean and neat. Sufficient if you only want to sleep over.

The shower was horrible. The mixing of hot and cold was extreme, with no in between. Either too hot, or too cold. Very frustrating. The fan in the room is so loud, it sounds like a Boeing starting its engines, no air conditioning. Very small room, more windows could've helped with the heat. The mattress is old and worn out, we have serious back aches after 2 nights sleeping on that mattress! The tv you offer is not user friendly, especially if you are old, and don't want to struggle. Self catering? Maybe you should google everything needed for a kitchenette in self catering!
