We loved everything about this apartment. It was so comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed. We got used to early morning yoga on the front lawn which was a fab away to start our days. The location is good for O'ConnelL St dining, the Piccadilly cinema and there are some cafes and pubs in the closer quieter streets too. Having off street parking is handy in North Adelaide too.
Locks on front and back doors are niggly to use. Could be a worry to get out in case of emergency.
