The room was comfortable, the common facilities good, common kitchen very well equipped. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good for my purposes. There is a backyard, accessible for all tenants. It is a very nice place to rest in the evenings especially on the hot summer days.

The cleaning could be better. I had to go over the bathroom and toilet with disinfecting wipes as the amenities did not look very clean. The common kitchen, while well equipped, was not very clean. It seems that there are some people living long-term there, and they have their products in the fridges and the cupboards, but I am not sure who is taking care of throwing away old perishable food. While the kitchen surfaces are being regularly cleaned, I am not sure that the same is true for the fridges and the cupboards.

La chambre est très propre, tout comme la salle de bain. La cuisine commune est bien équipée et le salon commun très spacieux.

Le rideau de la chambre ne couvre pas entièrement la lumière ce qui peut être problématique si vous n'arrivez a dormir que dans le noir total. Mis à part ça tout est nickel.
