This property was really clean, we really enjoyed staying there

The towels were black. I mean, I prefer a lighter towel for a place that I want to stay in cause it would show how clean they are. Also the towels quality was not good. In fact, they kept living thread on body.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable for our family, and in a convenient location. The layout worked well for our stay, and having a dedicated parking space was a nice feature when it was accessible.

The apartment was not as clean as expected. We found hair inside the refrigerator and one of the bathroom sinks, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and the towels did not feel fresh. We also experienced repeated access issues. On our first day, we had trouble entering the property, and on another night we were locked out of the parking garage for over an hour because the remote was not working. Parking is advertised in the listing title, but it is charged separately and the payment was requested outside of Booking.com via Zelle. Communication with the host during the access issues could also have been better.
