Rose Valley apartment

This apartment was chosen as it met our budgetary criteria, included free parking (plentiful street parking in front of building), and was within walking distance to the sites of interest. We arrived by car. The apartment was located on a one-way neighborhood road and was easy to locate and navigate. We reached out to our host early on the day of our arrival via Booking.com messaging and they sent us instructions on how to access the building/apartment keys via a lockbox. The recently constructed/modern apartment was three floors up, reached via stairs. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (alternation pillow options were provided – such a thoughtful touch!) and we slept well. The apartment was located within a 10-minute walk of the city center and was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We found the clothes washing machine (with machine instructions – another thoughtful touch!) and provided drying rack very helpful. It is apparent the hostess tries her best to anticipate travelers’ needs – definitely one of the most thoughtful lodgings we have encountered. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

The bathroom floor was a little slippery when wet/during shower. Guests should take care.

Good location, next to city center, calm street. Very nice modern clean apartment. You have all the amenities you need: washing machine, air conditioning, small balcony, a kitchen, etc. Host very kind, left a welcome gift!
