Great location in a leafy green area of Tashkent near the metro and shops. It is slightly challenging finding the entry but look for door with a '3' on it. Room despite being a bit old-fashioned with heavy dark furniture was clean which was important. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single and there is a sofa bed in the living room (this was slightly unclear in the description). Once settled in we had a comfortable stay as there is a good kitchen
Also a point to note as we were there in summer / hot time, that there are AC units only in the single bedroom and the kitchen. So no AC in the double bedroom and living room. We requested a fan for the double room which the owner provided. It was ok but probably needs an upgrade here with an AC in the master bedroom.

1)Находится в тихом месте, на 1 этаже 4-5 этажного дома. 2)Присутствуют 2 кондиционера и телевизор с андроидом. 3)Пару штук бутылочной воды 4) Рядом присутствуют магазины и банкоматы
1) Расположение кондиционеров побокам от квартиры. 2) Гостиная плохо проветривается. 3) отсутствие порошка для стиральной машины. 4) в туалете пробегали тараканы и плохая вентиляция.
