2-bedroom brand new apartment steps from the beach

Un apartamento bien equipado y con muchos detalles (gracias por las cervezas en la nevera y la bolsa de patatas :) ). Todo perfecto.

La escalera tenia un par de incidentes que no están relacionados con el piso en si, por decir algo.

The apartment was a haven in a heatwave…! It is clean, about 5/10 minutes from the local beach. Nice kitchen and living room. Children slept very well and loved the place. Just what you would want. Alberto was most helpful and readily available by text / phone.

Idéalement situé à 5’ à pied de la plage Grifeu de Llanca, avec place de parking. Plusieurs équipements utiles sont fournis sur place.

Spacious lounge and dining area. Equipped with a basic set of amenities. Nice owner and friendly communication. Clear instructions on getting to the place and a handy manual of all amenities on site. The owner left a welcome bottle of cava and some beet in the fridge, which was nice. A digital lock - no need to worry about taking the keys to the beach. A short walk to the Grifeu beach and a pleasant stroll aling the coast to the centre of the village.

An aweful old matress on the double bed, dents and all. It should have been replaced long ago. The bed linen smelled badly and felt filthy - it had been apparently washed quickly in a short cycle and not dried properly. I spent two sleepless nights in this bed, which was a real disappointment. The towels looked greyish, they surely need proper care between tenants as well.
