Sweet hosts at a modest stay in Bangkok. Strong wifi, plates available in common area to make simple quick meals and laundry facilities. Toiletries available, working AC, comfy bed and hot wet room (shower and toilet). Outside seating to enjoy dinner or some fresh air. Sweet hosts who happily assisted with bike lifts to the store. Quiet residential neighbourhood to walk around and explore. 5 minute walk from the BTS Sirindhorn station. Lovely option to lay your head after a day of exploring / working in the city.

Slight smell in the evenings / after heavy rain but bearable.

Owner communicate and super helpful when I lost, and during check in. Beds and linen EXCELLENT, cold a/c. Yes, it's not in a a tourist district It's not a popular part of town but it's very safe middle-class neighborhood very local and I was able to get there from DMK airport easily. I would have stayed more nights but no availability. Good place. excellent value ,very thankful to the owner.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially for the price its a great deal! It’s not too far from popular areas if you go by bike or MRT as traffic is really bad . MRT is close by and cheap. The owner is super friendly and helpful and the staff are lovely. Local amenities nearby like 7 eleven.

Lovely room but you can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms which is not a big deal for me but maybe for others it might be. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay but you could make it work for sure
