The proprietor was very nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for our business in Ramstein. There are good walking trails immediately behind the house which was perfect for our dogs. The rooms are spacious and warmly decorated. There are balconies in almost every room.
The kitchen cooking area is designed poorly and it was quite a feat to do dishes as there is no space to put dirty dishes nor is there much space for setting them out to dry after washing. There was no tub for washing and no rack for drying.
And, while the apartment is no smoking, there was a lot of cigarette smoke drifting up from the ground level, especially in the kitchen.
