4* Sea Resort Sveti Vlas - Studio with balcony

The aparthotel is very nice. Beach is very close, set of sunbeds €20, but there are many beaches with cheaper prices and free zones. Main restaurant is very good, we had only buffet breakfasts €22 & €11 for adult and child. There are 2 swimming pools, one with the water slides which is great for kids. Overall lots of activities for children, mini club, few playgrounds. Very pleasant atmosphere, beautiful gardens and landscaping. Apartment is very minimalistic, but has everything necessary for stay. The room is very small, there is an extra bed available, but no really space for it, so wouldn’t be comfortable for more than 2 people. The only suggestion for the hosts is to provide better bed linen, as the one we had was with synthetic fabric, which was not comfortable.

The studio was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The balcony offered a lovely view and was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Close to the beach,the folks working the reception actually spoke bulgarian and english, while rest of the stuff-security,restaurant and cleaning stuff wanted to communicate only in Ukrainian. Host is quick to respond to questions. Enough parking space. Mini market on premisses.

4* lobby and restaurant, 1* studio. Lacking soap, shower has to be hold in hand at all times, because holder is so high it shoots above your head unless you are 7' tall. But you have dishwashing liquid???!!! No coffee or sugar for the coffee machine. Toilet flush doesn't work right,must hold the button to complete flush. TV is set to Finland and in demonstration mode, ac makes loud busing noise, but at least cools down. Nothing catastrophically bad, but for 4* accommodation it falls short in many small details. The biggest issue i see is property advertised as adults only 18+ hotel and pets free. Absolutely lies!!!! Kids are everywhere,enough to fill 2 kindergardens, quite few dogs also noticed! Wouldn't recommend for the price given the negativities noticed.
