Good stay for a business trip

The hotel is a good hotel for business stay, rooms are comfortable and new. Nice breakfast

There are no restaurants nearby where you can go by walk (except McDonalds which is very close to the hotel)

Regretted it

Not the best neighbourhood but the car felt safely tucked away. Our rooms were on the same floor but not next to each other. One room had to be vacated because of the strong cigarette smell and the new room had a plug in the sink that wouldn't unplug so the water just sat there the whole time. When telling the receptionist (who wasn't there when we checked in), he wasn't surprised or caring at all about the clogged sink. When checking in on the screen instead of a person, two ladies were talking on their phone for ages and it seemed like a scam to get our information from the screen. Also, it wasn't a good place for easy in and out of the city which we had hoped to do.

Non Communication Hotel - AVOID

I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. I’ve been staying here for several days, and while the stay initially seemed fine, things quickly went downhill. For the first three days, I had no issues using the hotel’s car park. Then, out of nowhere, I was told I could no longer park there because I “hadn’t paid” – despite the fact that nothing had changed and no such issue was mentioned before. No explanation, no proper communication, just outright refusal to let me in. This forced me to park my car 10 minutes away in an unsafe and unsecured location. If any damage occurs to my vehicle, I will be holding the hotel responsible and will be making a claim. To make matters worse, the hotel has zero proper communication channels. The only way to contact staff is through a limited intercom system, which is completely unacceptable for any guest-facing business. No reception, no support – just a frustrating, dismissive experience. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and frankly unsafe. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances.

In a good location very quiet can sleep with out noise silence place in city easy to find out

Breakfast was good but very small buffet No Black tea no one was there to ask. It’s good when provide some cheese for the breakfast.😉

Good but could be better.

Booked a room for 4, room was clean, location was great, secure parking, facilities were good, was able to order food in through the hotel food delivery system, staff spoke English so that was great too, breakfast was good. Reception area had microwave and seating area which was great

I paid online for a quadruple room 2 days before my booking, when I arrived, staff said they couldn't find a reservation under my name and after 10 mins they found it. Then when I went to pay for parking for 3 days which they said was 30 euros, staff charged my card for the hotel room + parking. When I told and showed them I had already paid for my stay, they apologised, they gave me the wrong parking/room access code, and booking.com said the room I booked had a tea/coffee maker which staff said was a mistake and there would be no such thing, Aircon was also not working well, window doesn't open much, so lack of ventilation. Room was quite small for 4 people, didn't provide divider like the photo showed, just one small hanging rack and tiniest desk. Lots of minor inconveniences which could have been avoided. Apart from that, staff were helpful and polite. I would stay here again but would call the hotel to confirm room amenities.

Clean room.

No way to get parking if you arrive after reception staff have gone, despite me messaging. Was told could book on arrival. But was unable so had to drive around for ages to find a space. Very loud in room, sirens all night. Windows don't keep any sound out. Also screaming down the corridor from 2am

Cleanliness and conditions were good, basic but good.

Breakfast not diverse and the few stuff they have was limited sometimes (shortage of croissant and pain au chocolat at 9am). Staff were ok.

Quelques améliorations à effectuer dans cette chambre...

La fixation de la douche était à moitié cassée, la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas, le lavabo était à moitié bouché, l'eau s'évacuait mal. Pour le coup, payer ce prix pour 2 nuits, j'ai trouvé ça limite. Et impossible de changer de chambre puisqu'il n y avait personne à l'accueil. Chambre 322.

Limpieza de habitacion y cambio de sabanas y toallas inexistente. Personal mas preocupado de cobrar que de ayudar ... Les intentabamos preguntar como podiamos acercarnos sin coche a paris centro y ni una opcion es mas nos huyo despavorido como si tuvieramos la peste , eso si un dia que bajamos yo y mi mujer al desayuno ,... Al minuto dos nos estaba hablando de pagar ok ok pagar okok ....

Het ontbijt het was echt minimaal, geen broodjes alleen gesneden stukjes stokbrood. Chocolade mini broodjes hard en droog. Geen gekookt ei erbij, echt zonde. Vorig jaar waren we hier ook was het ontbijt wel top! Het viel echt tegen.

L’établissement est propre facile à trouver j’avais mes codes d’accès qui nous a permis de accéder à notre chambre facilement décor de de la chambre est très beau

Au moment du petit déjeuner, le personnel qui s’occupe du restaurant était désagréable car je me suis présenté, j’avais réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant, je vais payer le petit déjeuner compris quand je me présente au restaurant avec ma famille, l’agent Hôtelier m’a dit qu’il y y avait qu’un seul déjeuner de payé, sachant que j’avais payé pour deux personnes parce que la chambre était réserver pour deux mon mari et moi nous étions obligés de payer le supplément et nous sommes retenus de manger, c’est seulement à la fin quand on commence à partir de l’hôtel qui nous a fait savoir qu’on avait deux déjeuners de payer. Qu’il s’était trompé, il nous a remboursé la somme que nous avons payé en plus. L’agent hôtel était désagréable avec nous

Conforto do quarto e preço

O quarto estava sujo debaixo da cama, com comprimidos, cabelos e muito pó. Os lençóis estavam sujos com sangue ou tinta (tinham manchas vermelhas) avisei a recepção e nada fizeram. Não tinha secador no quarto apesar do site dizer que sim. O site não informa que o pequeno almoço tem um custo, que ainda é razoável.

Réveil à 1h du matin pour déplacer voiture du parking avec 2 enfants de 4 et 6 ans! HONTEUX!

J’ai été réveillée à 00h40 par la personne de l’accueil, qui a frappé à deux reprises de manière insistante à la porte de notre chambre — alors que j’étais avec mes deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans — pour me demander de déplacer mon véhicule, car le parking était plein. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cette information n’a pas été mentionnée dès notre arrivée, d’autant plus que la personne de l’accueil m’avait alors demandé si j’étais garée dans le parking et précisé que le paiement du stationnement se ferait le lendemain. J’ai donc dû sortir seule, en pleine nuit, aux alentours de 1h du matin, pour chercher une place autour de l’hôtel. J’ai mis près de 20 minutes à tourner en rond avant de pouvoir me garer. J’ai demandé une compensation sur place, mais la personne de l’accueil m’a indiqué qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire et qu’une responsable serait présente le lendemain matin. L’accueil était bien sûr fermé ensuite au matin lors de notre départ. Énervée et choquée par cette situation, je n’ai presque pas dormi de la nuit. C’est inadmissible ! J’ai adressé un message à l’hôtel, mais leur réponse a été tout aussi décevante. J’espère que Booking pourra intervenir et faire quelque chose face à cette expérience inacceptable

Geringe personelle Besetzung. Sechsstelliger Zugangscode statt Schlüsselkarte. Dreckige und nachts extrem laute Umgebung (an geöffnetes Fenster nicht zu denken) mit erhöhtem Unsicherheitsgefühl. Frühstück mit sehr eingeschränkter Auswahl.
