Pessoal da portaria atencioso me ajudou no problema
Cheguei na portaria e meu apartamento não estava registrado conforme e-mail. O pessoal da portaria muito atencioso tentou ajudar já que se dependesse do booking eu tinha dormido na rua. Demorou um pouco mas foi resolvido por uma pessoa via WhatsApp. Foi complicado porque faço uso de medicação injetável diário e não poderia estar com aquele atraso. Enfim, resolveu mas atendimento do booking não resolve nada!
