無窗房間有提供空氣清淨機 浴缸很大，溫泉水流也足 冷氣與網路也正常，沒有出現其他人提到的問題 在礁溪鬧區，走路逛街很方便
靠近馬路的房間隔音不好 浴室曾出現蜈蚣

旅店非常乾淨舒適 雖然要爬樓梯 但是不影響住宿體驗 打開看到房裡設施真的能感受到店家的用心💗 冷氣竟然還是靜音的！！超貼心⋯ 附近也有很多好吃好喝的店 整個機能超級讚 服務人員的態度也都很親切 只能說CP值超高超級推薦！

地點離各個名店小吃、伴手禮店都很近，非常方便。
隔音差，一開始樓上房客尚未入住時，蠻安靜的。樓上房客於半夜一點多進房後，可以一直聽到樓上走路、小孩的哭鬧聲。 房門非常不隔音，由於住在樓梯旁的房間，每當有人上樓，可以聽得很清楚。
