From the very first moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Nelli and Ellen at the reception were simply exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference throughout our stay. No request ever seemed too much, no question was left unanswered, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. Walking through the lobby and being greeted by their smiles every day was something we genuinely looked forward to. The outstanding service continued in the restaurant, where Eleftheria delivered one of the most attentive and caring hospitality experiences we have ever encountered. She anticipated needs before they were even mentioned and made every breakfast and meal feel special. Her kindness and dedication are a true asset to this hotel. What impressed us even more was that this level of excellence was not limited to a few individuals. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can feel that the staff truly care about the guests and take pride in what they do. The cleanliness deserves special recognition. I am honestly struggling to find the right words to describe it. Every area of the hotel is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The rooms, common areas, pool, and facilities were absolutely spotless at all times. Tagoo Hills Mykonos is not just a beautiful hotel with stunning views. It is a place where people make the difference. The team has mastered something that many luxury hotels strive for but rarely achieve: making guests feel valued, comfortable, and truly at home. Beautiful accommodations, very clean and conveniently located near Old Town and Little Venice. Penny was amazing and very helpful with assisting us with anything we needed. She was definitely a shining star during our stay!
