Great location, 1 Min walk to beach and cafes / shops. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The fact that you need to pay a deposit for the booking should be upfront on the advert. I only became aware of this due to prior reviews. Also as prior reviews have mentioned, the en suite toilet seat needs replaced.
There weren't enough utensils, e.g only 3 forks and 3 bowls. There were 5 of us so this was an issue, however we were provided more later the next day.
Some basic items like hand wash, brush and shovel would be useful for cleaning as we went. The front storm door was difficult to open and lock therefore we had to just lock the internal door.
There should be clearer instructions for the oven, TV and dish washer. As we couldn't get either to work apart from netflix on TV.
Information book should be placed where it
can be easily found. And parking instructions should be clearer as we didn't realise cars from upstairs apartment would be parking in the same driveway.

The house is near to town and shops and restaurants.
The property is being advertised as luxury. It isn't. There are many things needing to be addressed to bring it up to a luxury status. It was far too expensive for the current level of accommodation
