La ubicación es excelente. La atención en la entrada del edificio, por parte de los vigilantes es bastante buena, La habitación es cómoda y perfecta para dos personas y estancia de pocos días.
Uno de los fogones de la cocina eléctrica, no funciona correctamente, demora mucho en calentar. Las toallas de baño están curtidas y dan mal aspecto. Falta una cobija térmica mas grande, la que hay es pequeña y las sabanas poco abrigan. El menaje en al cocina no es suficiente ya que para preparar un chocolate no hay la olleta apta para ello.

La ubicación y el trato del personal en el edificio.
El apto es un poco frío, pero es lo normal en Bogotá en una segunda planta, sería bueno que agregaran más mantas. Sería bueno mejorar la limpieza del baño y de las mantas extra.
