PLAYA HONDA Apt magi 61A

The host was excellent, we had delays coming through the airport and had to wait over an hour on our luggage, Communication from start to finish was the best I have ever had. Gianluca could not be more attentive, and let us check out late when leaving; putting himself and the cleaner under pressure for the next guest. 10/10. The apartment itself was in a brilliant location, lots of Bars, restaurants and 2 very good supermarkets directly across the road. Mostly ate from the deli in the supermarket during the day, very cheaply. The complex is in a pretty tired state but is in the middle of some renovations, hopefully it brings it back to its original condition. Although the pool looks like it has already had some work done, very clean and almost empty most of the time, Never had any issues getting a sun lounger. One huge plus is the security here, it's very very difficult to get in the complex unless you have the key fob, multiple doors need to be unlocked, even when you get past the very attentive door man, gave us peace of mind when in the apartment. The room doesn't have air con and this was an issue with the extreme heat we encountered, so maybe keep that in mind if coming during the summer, although if you open the doors and windows you can get a nice breeze coming through the apartment. Facilities are very good, washing machine, iron, large fridge freezer, kettle, hob ect. Plenty of towels, bed was fine but could do with maybe a mattress protector. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would use this facility again.

Complex is a bit run down, towels and bedding could do with upgrading.

Everything was in great condition, was close to everything! Before we even got there Gianluigi was amazing and made sure we got to the apartment with transfer and showed us to the room. He was even kind enough to let us check out at 18:00pm due to us having a later flight. If you needed anything he was always there to help

La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de una playa de arena. Esa playa tiene tumbonas muy económicas. Estás muy cerca de las zonas de copas y de compras, y a la vez, lejos del ruido. Tienes un gran supermercado a 5 minutos. El apartamento tiene una cama muy cómoda y si necesitas otra, hay un sofá cama. En la cocina tienes todo lo necesario. El baño está muy bien con mampara y grifo en el váter. La terraza es amplia y con todo lo necesario. La piscina de la urbanización está muy bien, poca gente y con tumbonas. Muy amables los conserjes. Por último, y lo más recomendable, es la amabilidad y la buena disposición del anfitrión. En resumen, lugar perfecto a 7n precio inmejorable.
