中心部から離れているため、比較的値段が安かったところ。旧市街の中心部にはL62のバスで行くことが出来ます。バスは現金か専用のプリペイドカードが必要なので、現金を持っておく必要があります。私の部屋は以下の写真の一階左側のシャッターのところで玄関とも繋がっていない場所で、部屋の外からは完全にピシッとは戸締りできず、(人は入れないので、盗難の心配はありません。)寒さなどに懸念はあったがエアコンはしっかり使えたため、その点は問題なかった。
清潔感がなかった。ベットには毛玉やカスみたいなのが残っていたり、掛け布団に汚れがあった。けれども匂いは問題なく、寝心地も問題はなかった。共用のランドリールームは綺麗とは言い難いが、充分利用できた。
