Teba Suci Suite and Villas

I need a very dark room to sleep well, and this property was perfect for that once all lights were turned off. 👍 Super detailed clean room. 👍 My room had a plunge pool, really nice and clean. 👍 Bathroom was very clean 👍 Towels were in excellent condition, very clean 👍 The interior design of the room 👍 Laundry service 👍 Breakfast to the room 👍 Customer service was excellent 👍 Restaurant on site 👍 Massage on site while experiencing beautiful sunset 👍 They drop you off and picked us up from main road to our room in a golf cart. 👍 My room was “Sakura”

Clean property with beautiful pool area. Staff were amazing.

Very clean and accessible. The place was in an exquisite place. The staff were amazing and exceptional. Nothing was too much for them. The service was out of this world. I will recommend this place to the world

Nothing to not like

Staff are very nice and friendly. The view from the pool over the rice view its beautiful the rooms are big and the bed comfortable.

The rooms are little bit outdated which is not a problem, but the stuff that are easy to fix are neglected. For 4 stars property the cleaninines its bad , the private pool in the room was dirty since we arrived and was not clean even once for our 6 days stay. The thing that annoy me the most was when I ask for taxi service to the harbor and I was shocked that the price they give me is more then double of what local and taxi app charge , when i ask why is like that they told me they pay 50% for the local driver and 50% for the booking they make .( the price they ask me was 550k. If you book via app 226k ) hotels should make the stay easy for the guest not try to robe them for simple services!!!
