Sehr schönes, modernes und neu ausgestattetes Apartment. Perfekt für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Der Pool hilft, dass man auch baden kann, wenn der Strand zu voll ist. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts, sogar Tabs für den Spüler und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine wurden zu Verfügung gestellt. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. Toller Blick auf das Meer und Abendrot. Toller Balkon mit Deckenventilator. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Umgebung ist ruhig.

Es war für uns nicht so schlimm, aber man sollte wissen: Doppelbett ist nur 1,20 Meter...also bei Hitze fast etwas kuschelig. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich in der Wohnküche und kühlt den Wohnraum gut, ein bisschen das Zweibettzimmer, aber im Schlafzimmer bleibt es sehr warm. Der Pool ist an den Kanten etwas scharfkantig.

Upon our arrival, we were absolutely delighted. The apartment was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and smelled wonderful. Spacious & Comfortable Layout: A beautifully clean bathroom, two separate bedrooms (a master bedroom and a kids' room), and a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Stunning Terrace: A huge, beautiful terrace offering a sea view. It even featured a ceiling fan—perfect for cooling off during warm summer evenings! Fully Equipped Kitchen: It literally had everything we needed—plenty of cookware, pots, pans, a dishwasher, hot-air oven, induction cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and a fridge with a freezer. Pool & Garden Area: The courtyard has a lovely pool with perfectly warm water, loungers, and a shaded gazebo. The pool was cleaned regularly (our younger son made it his daily routine to check the water temperature every time he walked by! 😄). Fantastic Location & Convenience: The Beach: A pleasant ~10-minute walk down a path lined with apartments and through a small pine forest. On the way to the beach, there’s a small grocery shop (open until 2:00 PM). Shopping & Fuel: Just 9 km away in Omišalj, you’ll find a Lidl and a gas station—everything you need is within a quick 10–15 minute drive. Nearby Attractions: Only 5 minutes by car is Njivice, boasting a charming harbour promenade filled with great restaurants and cafés. Definitely a must-visit! Peaceful Atmosphere: The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. In the evenings, kids were playing safely in the street, which brought back fond memories of our own childhoods. A kilátás pazar volt, a berendezés kényelmes és modern, a kert és a medence mellett a tengerpart közelsége is megfelelő volt.

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, trotz Sprachbarriere hat alles super geklappt. Kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer etwas hellhörig und Betten für unser Gefühl etwas zu hart.
