The apartment was very comfortable for four people and had everything we needed. The access and parking were convenient, and the views were absolutely stunning. The owner truly cares about his guests and does his best to make sure they have everything they need for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it.
The only small issue was the internet connection. It was too slow for online work, even for one person. However, this seems to be more of an island-related limitation than a problem with the property itself.

The location, the view and the facilities themselves (minus the parking which only has two positions unassigned and one of the two does not fit a car fully so you have to park somewhat sideways)
The parking, the hygiene and the communication. When we arrived two of the towels were dirty (to be fair one was the shower mat), then we knew the booking did not include a housekeeper but one day they asked what time can they housekeeper come by to change sheets etc. We told them 1pm. The next day the came at 11:30am and after realizing we were inside they apologized and left but never came back, so they never changed anything
