Das Haus, in welchem das Apartment liegt, ist gewissermaßen eine Baustelle. Der bewohnbare Bereich ist abgetrennt, die Baustelle zugehangen. Terrasse ist nicht nutzbar; Ausblick maximal zur Straße. Küche und Wohnbereich recht großzügig, wer sich an den Hinterlassenschaften im Kühlschrank nicht stört, kann diesen auch nutzen. Es hat keine eigenen Parkplätze; mit einem Auto hat man ein Problem. Motorradfahrer stellen ihr Bike vor dem Haus aufs Trittoir. Da sollte man wissen.
