You really feel like you’re experiencing more of what life is like on Komodo, rather than on a liveaboard. The location is good for watching the kids play after school and looking over the ocean. Jojo is very responsive and will organise everything for you.
If you’re a bit precious and like your americano and smoothie bowls, this might not be the place for you. But if you want to see a more authentic Indonesia then this is for you.

Jojo and his family gave me very good fish food and accomodate my request to have some vegetables and fruits. Jojo helped me to go in pink island with his boat and he’s been reliable during Komodo tour for contents.
The home is very basic, how someone can expect from a little village.
