The property is spacious and modern. The agent Angel was extremely helpful whenever we needed something.

Zero service! Got in very late at night. No drinking water, no soap to wash hands or anything else. Heater didn’t work and the place was freezing. Took 3 days to get the heat turned on. Very uncomfortable mattresses for side sleeper. Both my wife and I couldn’t sleep well throughout our stay. Not sure where they got the sea view picture in their listing but what you’re looking at is a partial sea view from the second floor only with a billboard and shipping container hiding most of it. Also took 3 days to finally be granted access to the sports club/ spa. So many apps to download and most not working. Wasting your precious vacation time figuring out how things work because no one is there to actually give you some service. Pool closest to our unit didn’t even have lounge chairs. Closest store is a 15 minutes drive away unless you want to eat at McDonald’s. Not my preference. I would suggest you stay at the Santa Barbara Heights complex instead. Better service. The management company provides you with a couple of bottles of drinking water and a bar of soap to tie you over until you can do your shopping. Restaurants and gift shop steps away. The pool actually has lounge chairs! The Eden House has nice architecture and is quite spacious but absolutely ZERO service. The company that manages this unit has no clue of what service is. We are super hosts on several websites where we have our own guesthouse listed so we have a bit of an idea about service. This place obviously doesn’t. Management company said they would partially refund us due to having no heat for 3 days with the inside temperature at 16 degrees Celsius. Never got any refund. Quit disappointing
