Rawai Family Pool Villa near Rawai Kids Park

The facilities and everything were wonderful I have no complaints about anything nice and clean great location right next to the park food was close neighborhood was great.

Well sadly they surprise you with that you have to pay the electric bill while you're there nothing of that is mentioned during the reservation process it's a surprise and boy is it an expensive surprise most expensive electricity I've ever purchased in my entire life I was a single person there I only ran one air conditioning unit out of three I kept all the lights off and used a minimal electricity as possible for the 6 days that I was there and it was $120 American dollars more than my electric bill for an entire month at home holy moly completely disappointment I could see a little bit extra charge but that I felt like I was being ripped off taken to the cleaners usually I get great bookings to booking.com it sounds like this was a third party renting it out to me and this is kind of a scam they're making a money on the back end with the electric bill sadly for the villas because they're really nice super clean great location and all that but the people running this actual booking.com booking are taking you on the electric bill rented a ton of villas in my time and never had to pay electric bill.

Private pool was extremely clean, kitchen had everything you needed, showers were great, good pillows, good towels, plus to have a washer and a rack to dry clothes

One of the bathrooms had a strong urine smell the whole time, air conditioner in the bedroom was weak, and the kids park across the street was a little annoying. Also there isn’t much space around the pool to lay out. But not bad.

Very modern ambient, nice vibe of the neigbourhood, fully equipped with electronics. The attached pool wa very clean. Near to the beach. This part of Rawai was not so crowded, every shops are close and basically quiter compared e.g. to Patong. There are many friendly cats along the road.

Villas 2D16 (and 15) are directly in front of Rawai Park's entrance, where they playing loud music during the opening hours (approx. 10:00-18:00, so basically you can sleep at night, but disturbing if you want to chill there). The room facing the road is very noisy, there are many people going with loud motorbikes even during the night, so sound insulation is not the best. They charging electricity bill separately from the room price, it was 8 baht/kwh for the ACs. (There were 3 ACs.)
