Cercanía a la la playa y amplitud. Los ventiladores de techo imprescindilbes.
El sofá tenía fundas algo gastadas y no muy limpias.

Menaje bastante completo, limpieza de apartamento, ubicación respecto a la playa, aire acondicionado, amplitud, armarios almacenaje grandes, parking gratuito a la sombra
Faltaría de menaje una ensaladera y un escurridor de pasta. No avisaron de que hay un cubo en el salón, detras del sofa, donde cae el agua de la condensación del aire acondicionado y si no lo vacías porque no te das cuenta se puede derramar
