an amazing little place with great vibes

I like all of it - it exceed our expectations in any way - our hut/cottage was new, very clean, has everything we needed (and more) and all was high end and very good. It's closed to the highway so it took us only 12 minutes to Northstar village in the mornings. Almost didn't want to recommend it because I wanted to keep it to myself ;)

would love it to be ski in/out but you can't ask for all ;)

Great value, modern, new Truckee tiny home

These are clean, modern tiny homes. The beds are comfortable and there’s most everything you would need from a small home stay. This was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. I don’t think this would work for 4 adults - though could work well for a family with 2 young kids. The staff was super responsive when there was anything we needed.

The place is indeed in a trailer park but I didn’t feel like it was unsafe or problematic. The only complaint I have is that the hot water wasn’t very hot.

We had a great stay here. The cabin was cozy, stylish, and felt brand new. It was snowing when we arrived, and walking into a warm, comfortable space made it even better. You can really tell everything was done with care and quality.

We had a relaxing stay in a beautifully appointed house.

Loved the house. Had some difficultly with the stove and fireplace but finally figured it out. Loved exploring Truckee. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the porch.

A little of the expensive side. Wish there was a store and/or restaurant on site.

Pleasant quiet self-contained unit in a newly developed setting with good tiny kitchen & porch.

The unit was very clean. The blind control worked. All the appliances worked. The landscaped path between units was cute and the porch fire-pit was a nice touch. The bedside lamps were good.

The property night-safety lighting was really bright inside the unit., The unit stairs were very steep, The toilet was set quite high, and was therefor uncomfortable to use. The Staff didn't know about the trail advertised as having a connection to the property. The AC/Heating unit seemed to be always on warm and so it was hard to sleep at night. Neither of the beds were particularly comfortable - soft and unsupportive.

They were new and nice on the inside. Good size shower.

The couch smelled like urine- we had to switch out the pillows. The dryer took hours to dry the clothes. It was just a bit too small (I hated the steep/slippery stairs)

Wonderful New Space / Very Clean / Ultra Modern -

This is premanufactured Tiny home is within a campground / RV Park. The home has the latest modern amenities that give a vision of living in the future. Good free wi-fi. Close to historic downtown Truckee ~ 1 mile. There is easy highway access to I-80 without hearing highway noise. Very clean, it's a great large space for a single person. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

Beds took up most of the space in both bedrooms - i.e., difficult to walk around the beds. The advanced modern home features were a bit over the top for me personally but found it very easy to not use wi-fi washer / dryer / fridge feature etc. Second bedroom is a loft with low ceiling.

Lovely Modern and comfortable tiny house easy access fte 80 and to all the Truckee spots

Super cute and modern tiny house with great amenities. The huge windows gave us great views of the sky, trees and snow. Check in was super easy, snow removal much appreciated and the cabin was mostly comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has a 4ft ceiling so difficult for adults and the compressor unit is right outside the bed so if you hate white noise be warned! It’s noisy. All appliances are brand new and work great once you figure out the stove top. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

I like it has a equipped kitchen and 3 beds, plenty of space.

You can't reach anyone after 6pm if you any need or if anything broke. Tried to call the number provided but no one ever pick up or call back.
