It was so neat! And very nicely furnished, and It was so close to everywhere! Also the staff were so nice!

First of all, the reception team was great. They all spoke satisfactory English.
Receptionist Melody – She is lovely, speaks fluent English, is always smiling and very helpful. I really liked her.
Sophia – She is a helpful person and has good English skills.
Elisa – She is very communicative.
The dormitories are small and hot, and that's one of the things I didn't like. However, the price is fair and reflects the accommodation. I also wish there were a bigger space to store luggage.

Really clean and modern with nice open spaces to sit

Location was quite good.
10mins walk from East Nanjing Rd station.
Many restaurants, eateries along the way to the hostel.
15mins stroll to The Bund.
Like the common area which was brightly lit, spacious and welcoming, unlike the super-small bedroom
Booked a twin room which was very small & cramped.
Luggage need to go under the double deck bed or leave outside the room.
Impossible to have 2 occupants open their luggage at the same time.
Surprised no handwash liquid was provided. Needed to ask before reception brings in one
$$$$
