Very helpful front desk staff, helped me book local experiences.
Very central location, super close to the metro, shops and the Bund.
Clean rooms and big fridges to store your own food.
There is a little gym outside on the terrace and a huge area to do laundry and air dry your clothes.
Very clean, the showers and toilets were great.
The cleaning lady would come to clean the room and after cleaning would leave the bedroom door open. I felt that anyone could enter and take my belongings.
I booked a room with less beds but my room had 8 beds. I am still unsure if 8 is considered "less" as I have not seen bigger rooms there.

Everything was OK

Perfect location close to subway station and very nice area
The 2 bed rooms are extremely small we can't stand 2 at the same time, no lockers for hosts

Location was quite good.
10mins walk from East Nanjing Rd station.
Many restaurants, eateries along the way to the hostel.
15mins stroll to The Bund.
Like the common area which was brightly lit, spacious and welcoming, unlike the super-small bedroom
Booked a twin room which was very small & cramped.
Luggage need to go under the double deck bed or leave outside the room.
Impossible to have 2 occupants open their luggage at the same time.
Surprised no handwash liquid was provided. Needed to ask before reception brings in one
