La amabilidad del personal, nos dio muy buena hospitalidad se preocuparon por que estuviéramos cómodos, sus habitaciones limpias y camas cómodas estamos muy contentos con July la administradora y como nos hizo sentir

Good location. The rooms with AC cost 20,000cop more than those with a fan when we were there; it's worth it because Santa Marta is uncomfortably humid! The owner was really kind to let us leave our big backpacks in a secure locked room while we went to Tayrona for a night and to Minca for 2 nights. The WiFi was also great - I had a job interview on video call and it worked really well.

The location and Lucy, she is very accessible when needed and also helpful(I got early check in without any problems) also there is potable water in the property.
The staircase to go to the kitchen are very narrow /spiral, also there is not elevator.
