The pool/beach area was beautiful. Loved the balcony. The full kitchen was very nice. Plenty of space.
The hidden fees of purchasing the required FOB(s) as well as the laundry cards. There were bugs (ants ?) all over the kitchen. No furnished beach chairs or beach towels.

We liked the view from our balcony and the cafe in the hotel. All staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet, and security cruised the grounds constantly making us feel safe. The saltwater pool was nice and the access to the beach was excellent.
The room itself is dated, especially the main bedroom furnishings. We ended up sleeping on the murphy bed for comfort. The sink in the bathroom is glass along with the counter. The entire thing needs to be replaced with a vanity and lights. The walls desperately need to be painted; we found a finger nail in the ice maker: and the fake plants and other unnecessary decor were disgustingly filthy. Overall the place needs a deep, deep cleaning and a fresh paint job.
