Juan Manuel el anfitrión estuvo muy atento y disponible para todo lo que necesitamos. El apartamento muy reformado, nuevo y cómodo. El menaje y mobiliario muy completo. La situación es muy buena y muy céntrica, ademas de muy tranquila.

Nos recibió el dueño Juanma muy amable y con disponibilidad a ayudarnos y aconsejarnos sobre la zona. Reformado, con todo lo necesario y es de agradecer que haya gel de baño, champu, libros, pañuelos, toallas, bayetas, productos de limpieza…  Todo muy limpio. Ubicación perfecta. Tiene dos accesos, uno que enseguida estas en el centro pero no molesta el ruido y otro que va a la playa. En general estuvimos muy bien. Lo reservaremos de nuevo si volvemos a Conil
El acceso que va directo a la playa tiene bastantes escaleras, eso y que es un primero sin ascensor, hay que tenerlo en cuenta en caso de problemas de movilidad

Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Alles war sauber.
Einzig der Geruch im Schrank des großen Schlafzimmers war unangenehm. Schrank sollte öfter gelüftet werden oder am besten die Schranktüren ganz entfernen.

La ubicación excepcional. El dueño, Juanma inmejorable, preocupado en todo momento porque estuviéramos bien. Sin duda un acierto.
