Voor de 2e keer in Villa Monrel verbleven. Mooie villa met alle nodige faciliteiten, dicht bij mambo beach (10 min lopen). Prima uitgangs positie tov mambo, Tugboat, jan thiel en willemstad. Westpunt ook goed te bereiken.
Beheerders zijn erg attend, flexibel en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Fantastische plek, wij hopen snel weer terug te komen!

Cercanía a la playa. Calidad de las instalaciones y calidad del condominio. Muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Amplitud de la casa m. Existencia de toallas de playa. Aislamiento del ruido de las ventanas.
Que cobren el consumo de la luz aparte del precio. Ello limita mucho la estadía al no saber exactamente cuánto se pagará por el consumo. Considerar el ruido proveniente del casino y de la cancha de pádel ubicados al frente de la villa.

First time renting this property and am impressed.
This villa is in an excellent location near the beach, restaurants and water activities as well as close to Punda.
The layout of the property is modern with spacious bedrooms, closets and nice bathrooms.
Kitchen / Living area are open concept with glass sliding doors that provide fantastic breezes.
Easy to cook several dinners as the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates , utensils , glasses etc...
Property has a covered outdoor eating area to enjoy al fresco dinners.
Took advantage of the washer to wash clothes which was fantastic.
Quiet and safe neighborhood with parking of your vehicle right on the property.
Excellent Wifi connection to check work emails and join conference calls.
Host available for any property questions or recommendations for things to do in town.
Highly recommend this property and look forward to renting this villa again.

De hosts waren echt fantastisch. En de ligging.
De accommodatie heeft wat onderhoud nodig, zoals een verfje op de deuren en een beetje aankleding binnen en buiten, maar verder prima locatie.
