Location was great, right across the street from Mabashi station. Grocery store right across the street, 7-11 right on the corner and a family Mart a street over. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom being downstairs was a bit inconvenient. The downstairs shower/bathroom area is not conditioned so tended to get a bit cold. The windows are thin so the outside noise was easily heard. Towels were small dish towels, as others have stated, but did the job.

駅近で、目の前に夜中1時まで開いてるスーパーがありとても便利な場所でした。
布団も分厚く、快適に過ごす事ができました。
２階に上がると広くて快適に過ごせます。
元々口コミをみてタオルや洗濯関係の物が足りない事がわかっていたので以下を持参し、事なきを得ました。
以下は持参をお勧めします。

•衣類洗剤
•タオル干しスタンド

昭和の実家という感じ。綺麗にお掃除されていて、駅近いのにうるさくもなく、ゆっくりできます。家族でお得に過ごせて助かりました。チェックインも融通を利かせていただきました。
清潔な布団でしたが、もう少し気温が下がると寝る時寒いかもしれません。今回は寝る時エアコンを強めにして対応しました。
寝相が悪いせいもあるのですが、掛け布団の布団カバーは朝には外れてしまいました。
