O apartamento é moderno, acolhedor e está bastante limpo. Demonstra bom gosto e cuidado. Tem uma decoração bonita e alguns detalhes que fazem a diferença.

- l'appartement est neuf, propre, avec une salle de bain. - appartement est bien placé, facile d'accès, proche du centre ville. - résidence sécurisée - ascenceur
L'annonce mentionne "appartement 1 chambre" mais c'est faux. L'appartement est un studio dans lequel le lit double et le lit superposé sont dans le salon/cuisine. Il y a juste une séparation visuelle entre les lits. Les photos ont été prises de manière à ce que cela ne puisse pas être compris comme tel.
