The apartment is in a good location, very close to the centre of the town, yet quiet. It's a spacious apartment, plenty space for relaxing, especially on the balcony with great views out over the mountains.

The apartment itself was pleasant, but the appliance reliability and the management company’s handling of issues were extremely poor. The dishwasher didn’t work for our entire six‑day stay. On arrival, both the dishwasher and washing machine were broken. The management company sent someone the next day who fixed only the washing machine. After I reported that the dishwasher still didn’t work, they questioned whether I knew how to use it. The QR code for appliance instructions was deactivated, so I had to find the manual myself. A technician later confirmed the dishwasher was faulty and needed replacement, but nothing was done before our departure. When I returned the keys, the staff initially denied the problem and insisted the dishwasher was new. Only after I showed their own messages did they acknowledge it. I was told I would receive a discount and a follow‑up call. No call ever came. A week later I emailed again, and two days on I still have no response. Overall, the apartment is nice, but the appliances are unreliable and the management company’s communication and accountability were unacceptable.

Una casa meravigliosa. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà, una finestra che non si dimentica. Staff disponibilissimo, posizione perfetta. Torneremo presto.
