Excellent Location which is very close to hoan kiem lake, Host's correspondence over whatsapp & the overall boutique hotel feel. do not expect a view for the price. comfortable bed & plenty of charging spots. wifi was good and the location has a coffee spot just attached to the lane. Cham coffee. there is also a 7/11 store within 100 metres of the property on the way to st joseph's cathedral. ac works good. Grab works smooth as well. The host let us keep our bags inside after checkout before our flight and the gesture is highly appreciated. You have to throw out your trash outside which is a good thing as the property is a self checkout & check in system accomodation.

There are very steep stairs to all the floors, specially the top floor, which is mentioned in the details. if you have kids, elderly people and heavy luggage, my best suggestion would be to look elsewhere. also there is no door between the loo and the room so there is just a curtain. keep that in mind. more spots to hang clothes would be welcome as well keeping in mind there were some empty wall spots.

Phòng nhỏ, thấp. Người cao 1,85m trở lên cần hết sức thận trọng trong phòng tắm. Thiếu xà phòng tắm. Cầu thang hẹp, không khuyến khích mang vali size lớn, nặng.

Location is central, clean, a/c and wi-fi work. Room is well equipped.

The room is really tiny with ablow ceiling. The location has no staff. You have to carry luggage up and down very steep (some steps maybe 30-40cm high) and very narrow stairs. In fact, I only took the necessities up and left my suitcase downstairs at the entrance. There is a lot of noise coming from the street and from a loud water pump that turns on every time someone in the building uses water. There is no sink in the bathroom, only in the kitchenette. Payment has to be left in an antelope in a mailbox, which means you need to have exact change. Paying close to 18 usd per night for this room feels too steep.
