Vị trí tuyệt vời cho những ai thích bờ hồ Hoàn Kiếm và dạo chơi phố cổ. Phòng sạch sẽ, check in/out tự động, dễ dàng. Chủ phản hồi qua zalo nhanh chóng, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình từ xa. Khách có thể để xe máy hoặc hành lý tầng trệt nếu đến sớm chưa có phòng. Xung quanh nhiều quán cafe. Mình thích quay lại đây nếu còn phòng cho lần sau ra HN.

Phòng nhỏ, thấp. Người cao 1,85m trở lên cần hết sức thận trọng trong phòng tắm. Thiếu xà phòng tắm. Cầu thang hẹp, không khuyến khích mang vali size lớn, nặng.

Lovely little room in a great location. It was easy to find the place which was well lit in a shared alley, and the instructions to get in were clear. They've been able to fit a lot into a small space. I liked the bench under the window which gave me lots of space for my travel bags and stopped the room from feeling cluttered. Plenty of power outlets. The bed was very comfortable and the area wasn't too noisy compared to other places I stayed. There was a cool view of the world passing by.

The towels were very very musty/mouldy smelling and I felt gross using them - please just buy some new ones. There needs to be some hand soap next to the sink and I wish there was a small shelf in the shower for my toiletries. The wifi was quite patchy. I would also add it should be clear from booking that this isn't suitable for anyone who will struggle with a narrow staircase or with lots of luggage, and it should also be made clear that it is cash payment only so people can prepare. I was ready for both based on other reviews and I'm adding it here again for others to see.

Location is central, clean, a/c and wi-fi work. Room is well equipped.

The room is really tiny with ablow ceiling. The location has no staff. You have to carry luggage up and down very steep (some steps maybe 30-40cm high) and very narrow stairs. In fact, I only took the necessities up and left my suitcase downstairs at the entrance. There is a lot of noise coming from the street and from a loud water pump that turns on every time someone in the building uses water. There is no sink in the bathroom, only in the kitchenette. Payment has to be left in an antelope in a mailbox, which means you need to have exact change. Paying close to 18 usd per night for this room feels too steep.
