The house was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for seeing family and taking advantage of local amenities such as swimming pools and the Heidepark. Leoni was very quick in responding to any questions or queries we had. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again when we visit next time.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Auch das Bad und die Toilette waren sauber, was für uns das Wichtigste war.

Leider waren die Ecken, Fußleisten und Fenster deutlich verschmutzt. Es wirkte daher so, als wäre nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Mit einer gründlicheren Reinigung wäre der Gesamteindruck deutlich besser gewesen.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The location is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Communication with the hosts was excellent — everything was clearly explained in advance, and the self check-in with a door code was very convenient and hassle-free. Inside, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the huge TV, the large kitchen area, and the fact that all necessary dishes and kitchen utensils were available. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing board, which is very practical, especially for families or longer stays. One small detail that made a surprisingly big difference was the mosquito screens installed on the bedroom windows. It allowed us to sleep comfortably with fresh air during warm nights without worrying about insects — a small touch, but something we truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for families planning to visit Heide Park Resort or Serengeti-Park. A very comfortable and well-prepared place to stay.

The only small point we noticed was the checkout request to empty the dishwasher before departure. Since checkout is at 10:00, it makes it a bit difficult to use the dishwasher after breakfast on the last morning. Apart from this small detail, everything was excellent and we would happily stay here again.
