It was clean but a bit tired. However the bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Not so great in terms of glasses, one mug, and a few things in the bathroom were wobbly

Location was great. Bedding very clean though very well used and threadbare in places.
Room was very run down. Old furniture, cracked glasses in the bathroom, sealant coming away from shower floor. Plug socket by balcony door not working. No mosquito net on bathroom window. Dirty nappy left by gate onto beach. Garden area needs attention. No reception area or signage telling you where to check in.
