La ubicación, la terraza y el aire acondicionado. La nevera y la lavadora funcionan muy bien, y la lavadora era prácticamente nueva.

Es un piso antiguo y la calidad de las sillas, los somiers y la ducha deja un poco que desear. Lo único que no es acorde también a la descripción del piso es que pone que hay horno y no lo hay.
