Fantastic location. So easy to get to the Le Mans circuit and to explore Le Mans and the local area. I was a little sceptical about moving into someone’s house, but need not have worried. Our host had left plenty of space for our clothes etc and there was everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The house is in a very quiet area, yet close to main roads and with a supermarket 10 minutes away at most. It has very secure parking behind electric gates with the use of a car port. The kitchen is very well equipped. The property has a lovely terrace with plenty of seating. The en suite shower is lovely, as is the bathroom for the second bedroom. It was all spotlessly clean and we could reach our host, who was there to welcome us, easily if needed. We had fantastic communication before our arrival. We would definitely return.
Just one toilet. It was not a problem for us though.
