Die Lage ist zentral. Alle Verkehrsmittel zu Fuß erreichbar: Bahn, Metro und diverse Buslinien. Es gibt zwei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großer Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig. Sie ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vor dem Grundstück. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und direkt. Danke für die schönen Tage in Rom.

Casa ben tenuta, pulita, grande e comoda. Non mancava niente, nemmeno in bagno. Davvero fantastica. Posizione eccellente a 10 min scarsi da metro Baldo degli Ubaldi (la casa si trova alla fine di una piccola salita che potrebbe essere un problema con chi ha problemi a camminare, ma per il resto veramente ottima zona, sicura e tranquilla, essendo una zona residenziale). Inoltre proprietario gentilissimo a consentirci di lasciare gli zaini a casa la mattina della partenza, in quanto avevamo il treno al pomeriggio e questo ci ha permesso di goderci la mattina in giro senza bagagli! Torneremo sicuramente

déçu de constater une modification dans l'annonce après notre réservation j'aurais aimé savoir que la salle de bain, cuisine et salon étaient partagés. 3 autres locations pendant notre séjour donc devoir de nettoyer les restes et poubelles des autres personnes
