The location and the closeness to the beach were the most appealing.
The room had fans for cooling and the ACs did network. Fans can never be an alternative, especially for a room in an apartment structure.

A clean environment. the place is unkempt. The lift and staircases are very dirty. The facility needs to also invest in a generator
