Appartamento vista mare con terrazzo spazioso ove godersi il mare. Centralissimo e fronte mare. Ombrellone e sdraio compresi nel prezzo. Parcheggio privato comodo. L’appartamento ha l’aria condizionata ma non serve perché è freschissimo.

Da migliorare le stoviglie ( non ci sono tazze per la colazione, coltelli ecc.) Da rivedere assolutamente.

check io/out in agenzia a 3km dalla casa, posto in spiaggia non avuto, a riguardo mi é stato detto "chiedi in spiaggia al consorzio" (alla fine son rimasto senza ombrellone)

Páčila sa mi možnosť ubytovať sa aj v iných termínoch ako len sobota - sobota, ako býva často v Taliansku. Výborná poloha kúsok od Piazza Milano a od pláže. Vyhradené parkovacie miesto pre apartmán a dobre prístupné parkovanie. Vyhradený plážový servis. Dobre vybavený apartmán. Kúpeľňa vyzerala moderná, zrejme zrekonštruovaná. Dva balkóny s výhľadom na more. Check-in a check-out vybavený bez čakania.

Zlepšiť by sa dala určite čistota. A niektoré veci v apartmáne by chceli viac údržby. Napríklad v tej dobre vyzerajúcej kúpeľni bol v sprche úplne hrdzavý držiak na mydlo a šampón. Drobnosť, ktorá by sa dala vymeniť za pár EUR. Takýchto zopár drobností trochu pokazilo inak výborný dojem.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four. It features two large terraces: one with a direct sea view and the other with a side sea view, both of which were a great addition to our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to the main square, where cultural events and entertainment take place every evening. At the same time, the area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. Another advantage is that the apartment is not on the top floor, so it stays pleasantly cool even during hot summer days. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation itself. The apartment met our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and location.

Upon arriving at the property in Lido di Jesolo, there was nobody there to check us in. The phone number listed on Booking.com as the official contact number was not working, and our messages sent through the Booking.com platform went unanswered. Fortunately, I found a note in the booking confirmation stating that the keys had to be collected from an agency located about 2 km away. We were lucky to arrive around 4:00 PM, while the agency was still open. Had we arrived after closing time, we honestly might have had no choice but to spend the night in our car. The biggest disappointment was the lack of customer support. At the agency, we were given a different phone number for assistance, but on the day of check-out nobody answered that number either. Thankfully, the apartment itself was in good condition, because if we had experienced any problems during our stay, it seems that contacting the host or getting assistance would have been extremely difficult, especially outside the agency's business hours. It is also worth noting that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi (although this was not advertised as an amenity), and the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove only. Overall, while the apartment itself met our expectations, the communication and guest support were well below the standard we expect from a Booking.com property.
